I am walking for Friendship Circle because it has changed the lives of my grandchildren, Adam, Bree, and Hailey in ways I could have never imagined.

Friendship Circle has been a part of their lives since they were children. It has given them friendship, confidence, purpose, and the space to be fully themselves. Today, Adam and Bree are proud graduates of the vocational program and both work at Dakota Bakery. Bree just celebrated her one year anniversary there, a milestone filled with pride. Hailey is currently in the Soul Café vocational program, where she is gaining independence, laughing with friends, and discovering just how much she has to offer.

This organization does not just run programs. It changes futures. It believes in people who are so often underestimated, and it gives them the tools and support they need to thrive; in work, in art, in community, and in life.

I have seen what is possible when someone is believed in. I have seen what happens when the world opens up instead of shutting down.
That is why I am walking. That is why I am asking for your support.
