Please consider joining our team or making a donation to help us support Friendship Circle. The Friendship Circle helps 3,000 individuals with special needs and their families by providing recreational, social, educational and vocational programming. Friendship Circle also provides support to individuals suffering from isolation, addiction, and other family related crises.

Our team, Recovery Kickboxing, has an opportunity to walk, punch and “kick” off this year’s Walk4Friendship event. Our team will be participating in outdoor classes throughout this week until the event on September 6th at 10 and 11 a.m. where we will join virtually from Smash Hit Kickboxing Club in Downtown Pontiac. We hope you can join us, all while practicing social distancing. Free "Smash Hit Kickboxing Club" Face Masks for participants.

We invite you to join our team, ask friends and family to support your cause, attend our kickboxathon, or make a donation. Every punch and dollar raised is support Friendship Circle, which has been such a blessing to so many.

Thank you for your generous support of the virtual Walk4Friendship;

Ways to show your support:

We are very excited about this year’s Walk4Life event to benefit the Friendship Circle. To further our support, we are offering a FREE week of classes for all, with an OPTIONAL small donation of $5.00 to our Recovery Kickboxing Team Page, that will benefit the Friendship Circle of Michigan.

If you would like to join us, we are devoting several classes the first week of September to this fantastic cause.

We look forward to seeing you at these outdoor classes.

Class Description

The class will consist of basic moves that are catered to all ages and abilities. For first timers, consider this an active orientation of kickboxing and self-defense moves. You will learn how to practice them in shadow boxing style and bag work. Working at your own pace, each class is equivalent to walking or jogging 1 to 3 miles. Take breaks, drink lots of water, and do what you can at a comfortable pace.

Walk4Life Event Class is free booking at checkout.

Sunday September 6th 10:00 a.m. and 11:00am.

Need Gloves?

We do have them for use at the club and are wiping and spraying gloves after each session. We also have a supply of disposable gloves to wear underneath loaner gloves.

Wraps are not mandatory for outdoor bags because they are softer than our heavy bags in the club.

Please wear your mask for when you are not actively working out such as utilizing the bathroom or visiting with fellow classmates.
